HOW DO I ORDER?
To purchase a Shabby Creations product online, simply check out our “Shop” page, check out our "Etsy" page or email, [email protected] , your custom order details.
Please note our shop uses paypal and Etsy’s methods of payment is Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, American Express or Etsy Gift Card and Credits to finalise your online order. We can also accept orders via email at [email protected]
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Once your order has been processed, we cannot change your order; this includes adding, removing items and/or changes to your postal address.
It will be shipped and when it is received, you may return it to us.

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
Not 100% happy with your order? Contact us within 14 days and return your item/s (at your own expense) within 30 days for a full refund. Please see our Returns Policy below for full details.
All orders will be processed and dispatched within approximately 3 to 5 business days. All deliveries are sent with Couriers Please or Fastway via Sendle and will be received within 3 to 5 business days of the dispatch date. Our couriers will only be collected and delivered on business days; no weekend collection is available. Delivery consignment and tracking number will be email as soon as your order has been dispatched. Please allow at least 12 hours for tracking to be enabled.
WHAT COUNTRIES DO WE SHIP TO?
Shabby Creations currently only ships to Australia; however please contact us via email at, [email protected] if you would like a shipping quote.
WHERE IS MY ORDER?
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 working days of dispatch with your order number so that we may assist you. We will need to raise a full investigation with our couriers which can take up to 2 weeks to confirm with them where your order is.
RETURNS
If you need to return or exchange your Shabby Creations order for any reason; please contact us within 14 business days and return your item/s within 30 days for a full refund. Return postage is at the customers expense; please ensure you use tracking when returning your item, so you are able to track your order as we can not be liable for any missing deliveries.

Paypal and Etsy keep your payment information secure and Paypal and Etsy shops, Shabby Creations, never receive your credit card information.
